libudf-dev software package provides library to work with UDF filesystems (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libudf-dev
libudf-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libudf-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libudf-dev *
You will get with libudf-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
