libtulip-python-4.4 software package provides Tulip graph library - Qt/OpenGL GUI runtime, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtulip-python-4.4
libtulip-python-4.4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtulip-python-4.4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtulip-python-4.4 *
You will get with libtulip-python-4.4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
