libtrue-perl software package provides automatically return a true value when a file is required, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtrue-perl
libtrue-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtrue-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtrue-perl *
You will get with libtrue-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
