libtpl0 software package provides efficient C serialization library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtpl0
libtpl0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtpl0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtpl0 *
You will get with libtpl0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
