libtime-warp-perl software package provides module to provide control over the flow of time, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtime-warp-perl
libtime-warp-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtime-warp-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtime-warp-perl *
You will get with libtime-warp-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
