libtest-log-dispatch-perl software package provides Log::Dispatch object to test what is being logged, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtest-log-dispatch-perl
libtest-log-dispatch-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtest-log-dispatch-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtest-log-dispatch-perl *
You will get with libtest-log-dispatch-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
