libtasn1-3-bin software package provides transitional libtasn1-3-bin package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtasn1-3-bin
libtasn1-3-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtasn1-3-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtasn1-3-bin *
You will get with libtasn1-3-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
