libsystem-command-perl software package provides Perl class for running system commands, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsystem-command-perl
libsystem-command-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsystem-command-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsystem-command-perl *
You will get with libsystem-command-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
