libsvrcore-dev software package provides Development files for Netscapes secure PIN storage library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsvrcore-dev
libsvrcore-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsvrcore-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsvrcore-dev *
You will get with libsvrcore-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
