libstream-buffered-perl software package provides temporary buffer to store strings in a seekable filehandle, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libstream-buffered-perl
libstream-buffered-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libstream-buffered-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libstream-buffered-perl *
You will get with libstream-buffered-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
