libsteptalk0 software package provides GNUstep Scripting Framework (library files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsteptalk0
libsteptalk0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsteptalk0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsteptalk0 *
You will get with libsteptalk0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
