libstemmer0d-dbg software package provides Snowball stemming algorithms, debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libstemmer0d-dbg
libstemmer0d-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libstemmer0d-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libstemmer0d-dbg *
You will get with libstemmer0d-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
