libstarpu-1.1-4 software package provides Task scheduler for heterogeneous multicore machines, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libstarpu-1.1-4
libstarpu-1.1-4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libstarpu-1.1-4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libstarpu-1.1-4 *
You will get with libstarpu-1.1-4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
