libsrecord0-dbg software package provides library for manipulating EPROM load files (debugging symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsrecord0-dbg
libsrecord0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsrecord0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsrecord0-dbg *
You will get with libsrecord0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
