libsratom-0-0 software package provides library for serialising LV2 atoms to/from Turtle, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsratom-0-0
libsratom-0-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsratom-0-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsratom-0-0 *
You will get with libsratom-0-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
