libsquizz software package provides Conversion libs used by squizz genetic sequence converter, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsquizz
libsquizz is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsquizz package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsquizz *
You will get with libsquizz package name, version, architecture and description in a table
