libsqlite3-tcl software package provides SQLite 3 Tcl bindings, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsqlite3-tcl
libsqlite3-tcl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsqlite3-tcl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsqlite3-tcl *
You will get with libsqlite3-tcl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
