libspice-client-gtk-3.0-4 software package provides GTK3 widget for SPICE clients (runtime library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libspice-client-gtk-3.0-4
libspice-client-gtk-3.0-4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libspice-client-gtk-3.0-4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libspice-client-gtk-3.0-4 *
