libspice-client-glib-2.0-dev software package provides GObject for communicating with Spice servers (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libspice-client-glib-2.0-dev
libspice-client-glib-2.0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libspice-client-glib-2.0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libspice-client-glib-2.0-dev *
You will get with libspice-client-glib-2.0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
