libspf2-2-dbg software package provides library for validating mail senders with SPF (debugging symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libspf2-2-dbg
libspf2-2-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libspf2-2-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libspf2-2-dbg *
You will get with libspf2-2-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
