libsnmp-extension-passpersist- software package provides Generic pass/pass_persist extension framework for Net-SNMP, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsnmp-extension-passpersist-
libsnmp-extension-passpersist- is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsnmp-extension-passpersist- package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsnmp-extension-passpersist-*
You will get with libsnmp-extension-passpersist- package name, version, architecture and description in a table
