libsnapper2 software package provides Library for Linux filesystem snapshot management tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsnapper2
libsnapper2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsnapper2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsnapper2 *
You will get with libsnapper2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
