libsnacc-dev software package provides ASN.1 to C or C++ or IDL compiler, development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsnacc-dev
libsnacc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsnacc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsnacc-dev *
You will get with libsnacc-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
