libsigsegv-dev software package provides Library for handling page faults in a portable way development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsigsegv-dev
libsigsegv-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsigsegv-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsigsegv-dev *
You will get with libsigsegv-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
