libshout-idjc-dev software package provides broadcast streaming library with IDJC extensions (development), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libshout-idjc-dev
libshout-idjc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libshout-idjc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libshout-idjc-dev *
You will get with libshout-idjc-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
