libsfgcc-4.7-dev-armhf-cross software package provides GCC support library (soft float ABI development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsfgcc-4.7-dev-armhf-cross
libsfgcc-4.7-dev-armhf-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsfgcc-4.7-dev-armhf-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsfgcc-4.7-dev-armhf-cross *
You will get with libsfgcc-4.7-dev-armhf-cross package name, version, architecture and description in a table
