libsemanage-common software package provides Common files for SELinux policy management libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsemanage-common
libsemanage-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsemanage-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsemanage-common *
You will get with libsemanage-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
