librt-client-rest-perl software package provides RESTful Perl interface to RT installations, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librt-client-rest-perl
librt-client-rest-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librt-client-rest-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librt-client-rest-perl *
You will get with librt-client-rest-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
