librostlab-blast0 software package provides very fast C++ library for parsing the output of NCBI BLAST programs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librostlab-blast0
librostlab-blast0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librostlab-blast0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librostlab-blast0 *
You will get with librostlab-blast0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
