librose-uri-perl software package provides module for an easy manipulation of URI components, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librose-uri-perl
librose-uri-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librose-uri-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librose-uri-perl *
You will get with librose-uri-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
