librose-db-perl software package provides Perl DBI wrapper and abstraction layer, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librose-db-perl
librose-db-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librose-db-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librose-db-perl *
You will get with librose-db-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
