libreoffice-l10n-cy software package provides office productivity suite -- Welsh language package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libreoffice-l10n-cy
libreoffice-l10n-cy is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libreoffice-l10n-cy package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libreoffice-l10n-cy *
You will get with libreoffice-l10n-cy package name, version, architecture and description in a table
