libreoffice-java-common software package provides office productivity suite -- arch-independent Java support files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libreoffice-java-common
libreoffice-java-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libreoffice-java-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libreoffice-java-common *
You will get with libreoffice-java-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
