librdkit1 software package provides Collection of cheminformatics and machine-learning software (shared libraries), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librdkit1
librdkit1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librdkit1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librdkit1 *
You will get with librdkit1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
