librdf-prefixes-perl software package provides simple way to turn URIs into QNames, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librdf-prefixes-perl
librdf-prefixes-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librdf-prefixes-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librdf-prefixes-perl *
You will get with librdf-prefixes-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
