librdf-helper-perl software package provides consistent, high-level API for working with RDF with Perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librdf-helper-perl
librdf-helper-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librdf-helper-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librdf-helper-perl *
You will get with librdf-helper-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
