librbl-dev software package provides Headers/development libraries for the OpenDKIM RBL library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librbl-dev
librbl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librbl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librbl-dev *
You will get with librbl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
