librarian0 software package provides Documentation meta-data library (library package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librarian0
librarian0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librarian0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librarian0 *
You will get with librarian0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
