librarian-puppet software package provides bundler for your puppet modules, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librarian-puppet
librarian-puppet is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librarian-puppet package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librarian-puppet *
You will get with librarian-puppet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
