libquvi-dev software package provides library for parsing video download links (development package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libquvi-dev
libquvi-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libquvi-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libquvi-dev *
You will get with libquvi-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
