libqtgstreamer-dev software package provides Development headers for QtGStreamer, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqtgstreamer-dev
libqtgstreamer-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqtgstreamer-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqtgstreamer-dev *
You will get with libqtgstreamer-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
