libqtcore4-perl software package provides perl bindings for the Qt Core library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqtcore4-perl
libqtcore4-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqtcore4-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqtcore4-perl *
You will get with libqtcore4-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
