libqt4-gui software package provides transitional package for Qt 4 GUI runtime libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqt4-gui
libqt4-gui is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqt4-gui package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqt4-gui *
You will get with libqt4-gui package name, version, architecture and description in a table
