libqpdf13 software package provides runtime library for PDF transformation/inspection software, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqpdf13
libqpdf13 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqpdf13 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqpdf13 *
You will get with libqpdf13 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
