libqhull-dev software package provides calculate convex hulls and related structures (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqhull-dev
libqhull-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqhull-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqhull-dev *
You will get with libqhull-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
