libqglviewer-dev software package provides OpenGL 3D viewer library based on Qt4 - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqglviewer-dev
libqglviewer-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqglviewer-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqglviewer-dev *
You will get with libqglviewer-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
