libpython3-all-dev software package provides package depending on all supported Python 3 development packages, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpython3-all-dev
libpython3-all-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpython3-all-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpython3-all-dev *
You will get with libpython3-all-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
