libpst4 software package provides library for reading Microsoft Outlook PST files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpst4
libpst4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpst4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpst4 *
You will get with libpst4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
