libppix-regexp-perl software package provides module to parse regular expressions, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libppix-regexp-perl
libppix-regexp-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libppix-regexp-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libppix-regexp-perl *
You will get with libppix-regexp-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
