libposix-atfork-perl software package provides hook registrations at fork(2), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libposix-atfork-perl
libposix-atfork-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libposix-atfork-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libposix-atfork-perl *
You will get with libposix-atfork-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
